Giordano's New Menu Madness Contest: Official Rules

Purpose

The purpose of the Giordano's New Menu Madness Contest is to engage Giordano's Facebook Fans with a fun activity which rewards people who choose the winner.

Prize

Grand Prize: 20% order and 20% winning new menu item for a limited time

Who can enter?

You must be eighteen (18) years of age. You must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico to enter. Anyone over the age of 18 may enter the Giordano's New Menu Madness Contest.

How to participate

1. Click “Like” and become a fan of Giordano's!

2. Enter your name and email in the form.

Submission constitutes your agreement to the Contest Terms & Conditions below. Please read the Terms & Conditions below as they describe your rights to the submitted information, as well as ours.

Participants may submit an entry once per contest.

Stages

Submission Phase: Until March 26th, 2018 at 11:59 pm CT

Selection Phase & Winners Announcement: by April 5, 2018

During this phase, Giordano's selects and announces the Winner of the Giordano's contest based on their contest entry

Contest Terms and Conditions

Please read the official rules and regulations below. By entering the Contest, you (“You”) accept these Official Rules.

These are the Official Rules of the Giordano's Contest. The Contest aims to engage Giordano's customers with a fun contest.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Entrant must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who is eighteen (18) or older at the time of entry. Anyone over the age of 18 may enter the Giordano's Contest. The following persons are not eligible to win the Contest: employees and directors of Giordano's and their family members, and people who are involved in any way with the Contest. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest and no preference will be given due to purchases. By entering, You agree to these Rules and warrant that you are eligible to enter the contest and Your Submission (defined in Section 3 below) complies with these Official Rules.

THE CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

Submit your Submission before March 26th, 2018 at 11:59 pm CT. Winner will be announced no later than April 5, 2018.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Giordano's Contest, you must submit your name and email as outlined in the Giordano's Contest Facebook Tab and submit your bracket. Your Submission must comply with the requirements set forth in Sections 3 and 4 below. The Entry is free for anyone to enter. To enter the Contest, you also must accept these Terms and Conditions and Giordano's’s Privacy Policy (https://giordanos.com/privacy-policy/).

When you submit (upload) your submission online, the Submission will be viewable to Giordano's’ employees and people involved in running the Contest. By submitting (uploading) your submission online, you are giving Giordano's permission to use your name and submission answer on all digital properties. Once you have submitted your answer, the Submission form will not be returned to You. Submissions may be disqualified at any time for non-compliance with these Official Rules. Giordano's makes the final determination as to which Submissions are eligible to take part in this Contest and which Submissions will be considered for the prize. Giordano's will not notify you of any disqualification or the reasons for such disqualification.

ANY ATTEMPT TO ENTER THE CONTEST EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE IS VOID.

4. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES; INDEMNIFICATION

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are eligible to enter the Contest; (b) you have complied and will comply with these Official Rules in connection with your participation in the Giordano's Trampoline Contest; your Submission complies with all of the requirements of Section 3 and 4 above. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold Giordano's harmless from any losses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from any third party action asserting a breach by you of any representation, warranty, or obligation in these Official Rules.

5. PRIZES

Grand Prize: 20% order and winning items is on sale for a limited time

The Giordano's Contest Winners can expect the prize to emailed to them within 1 week after the winning item is announced.

If the prize is returned as undeliverable, if You reject Your prize or in the event of noncompliance with the Contest Terms and Conditions, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

6. RULES CHANGES

Giordano's reserves the right to change the contest rules at any time (deadlines, stages, prizes).

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and Giordano's in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and all proceedings shall take place exclusively in the United States of America.
